Upon arrival into Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi early morning, Holiday Migrations Safaris representatives will meet you outside customs and immigration halls. Safari briefing and transferred to the domestic airport (Wilson Airport) for your scheduled flight to the world’s famous Masai Mara National Reserve departing at 1030hrs. 1115hrs: Arrive, Mara North Airstrip. Met by Karen Blixen Camp vehicle and drive. Transferred to the camp with game drives en-route. Arrive, check-in and lunch. Afternoon shared game drives in the Mara North Conservancy. Proceed for a sundowner and later return to the camp in the evening for your hosted dinner. After dinner, you can choose to relax by the bonfire with drinks at the banks of the Mara River or retire to bed.
Karen Blixen Camp comprises large luxury canvas tents, each placed with privacy and undisturbed view along the Mara River. The stylish restaurant, the reception, the lounge and bar and the gift shop with internet are set on a raised wooden deck and furnished with accurate reproductions of Karen Blixen’s private furniture to fit in with the cozy atmosphere. The beautiful laid swimming pool offers relaxation and even a little exercise in-between game drives. Our resident masseuse offers a wide range of wellness and beauty treatments. Karen Blixen Camp is the perfect place to sit back and relax with a gin and tonic overlooking the Mara River and the wildlife coming to drink, whilst exchanging stories about the adventures of the day.

Early morning balloon safari followed by champagne bush breakfast. After breakfast met and transferred back to the camp with game drives en-route. Rest of the morning have a siesta or relax by their gorgeous swimming. Lunch at the camp and relax until 1600hrs. Start your afternoon game drives in the conservancy well known for its abundance game and wildlife. In the late evening transferred back to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Mara North Conservancy is a beautiful private wilderness area of more than 30,000 hectares (~74,000 acres). It is a vital part of the Maasai Mara ecosystem as it forms the north-western zone, bordering the Maasai Mara National Reserve in the south of Kenya. Professional wildlife and tourism management ensures guests of a truly exclusive and private safari experience with a very low vehicle density. Mara North Conservancy is a not-for-profit company established in January 2009. The conservancy is a partnership between eleven member camps and over 800 Maasai landowners. The aim is to create a best practice, world-class conservancy with long-term commitments to the environment, wildlife, and local communities. Mara North Conservancy is managed by a board of directors, elected by the camp owners. The board works in partnership with the Maasai Landowner Committee to meet long and short term conservation objectives for the future.
To get a bird’s eye view of the Mara and go Hot Air Ballooning, it is great fun. The trip is magical: spend about one hour silently floating over the savannah in a hot air balloon and it will fill you with enough memories to last a lifetime. You take off in the wee hours of the morning, float in the sky, drifting with the whim of the wind, overlooking the plains, just in time to experience a breathtaking sunrise and catch a bird’s eye view of the reserve. After the flight, you will be treated to a luxurious breakfast to complete the experience as you relax and absorb the moment.

Optional early morning game drives 0600hrs-0800hrs. Breakfast at the camp. Transferred to Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight Masai Mara/Nairobi departing at 1130hrs.
1300hrs: Arrive at Wilson Airport. Migration adventure safaris representatives will meet and transfer you to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your International flight out.
